I tried to check in online, on web site and could not and said to call locat, so I did, Pine Lake location, Lincoln, Ne. Talked to Lou and she could not help me and I couldn't even check in with her, she said to just come in because wait was short. Got there and she asked if I checked in online and explained to her that it wouldn't let me. I asked about a Sr. discount and that all I wanted was a cut. I should her a picture of my last haircut there and that I would like it about 1-1.5 inches on top. She asked me if they usually use clippers on the side and I said yes I think so, ( now wouldn't she know whether to use clippers or scissors?) she finished in about 10 minutes and asked me if ok and I said it needs to be shorter. After about 5 minutes she asked of okay, and I said no, one side of the front was longer than the other side. When to pay and I asked for the Sr. discount- $25.00! Ridiculous! I can get a cut at Great Clips for $8.99! Needless to say I will not be going back to Sports Clips.

Overall, my haircut was a subpar experience. My stylist began by reading my notes to me from a previous haircut, which were pretty dated. I'm not great with hair measurements and such, so I showed her a picture of what I was looking for. She didn't seem to pay much attention to what I asked for and stuck to my old notes. When she asked how it looked, I asked for a few changes to get me closer to what I was looking for - to which she failed to accomplish. She spent very little time cutting my hair and seemed to speed through it - and there was not a single other customer there waiting. I nearly always get the MVP, and this was arguably the worst MVP I have experienced too. When she started off rinsing my hair, the water was extremely hot (I generally prefer it to be on the hotter side, but this was way too hot). She only rinsed my hair for about three seconds - I have to imagine it was because the water was too hot for her hands. Then she half-heartedly put the hot towel on, leaving much of my face exposed still, and the scalp massage was the shortest I have ever had there too. She didn't even dry my hair off either. She simply draped a towel over my head and walked away, leaving me to do it. Back at her chair, the shoulder massage was also pretty pathetic, as she seemed to me more concerned pointing out the hair that the other gal missed sweeping up. All that being said, my haircut doesn't look "bad," it just isn't what I was looking for at all and my stylist didn't seem to care too much.
